“Us” by Paula Gilarde
1. Print two copies of your photo – I added a digital photo mask to add some details to the photo (the script and the postmark — Katie Pertiet’s
Letter Box Photo Masks).
2. Using the die-cut Crate Paper as a base, adhere 1st photo and position a 3×6 strip of the Basic Grey French Topiary patterned paper below it. To the right add a 1.5×7 strip of the Basic Grey Jardinpatterned paper. Round the corners of the outside edges.
3. Add 7 inch strip of ribbon to the intersection of the Basic Grey Jardin patterned paper and the photos/Basic Grey French Topiary patterned paper.
4. Position the 2nd photo at an angle over the first.
5. Place letter stickers directly below left side of the photo.
6. Attach Basic Grey bling circle embellishment below that.
7. Add journaling using Scenic Route stickers. I also incorporated some of the October Afternoon word rub-ons.
8. Adhere the die-cut Crate Paper to the Basic Grey Stone Wall patterned paper.

“Hello Friend” card by Jenn Emch
1. Paint small Scenic Route scallop chipboard circle with Tim Holtz crackle paint. Set aside and let dry.
2. Cut an 8.5×11 sheet of cardstock in half. You will now have two pieces that measure 4.25”x5.5”. Fold one of the pieces in half. Save the other piece to make another card later on.
3. Cut a 4”x5.25” piece of Basic Grey Wind Chimes patterned paper and adhere to front of card, leaving a 1/8” border around the edge.
4. Cut a piece of the Basic Grey French Topiary patterned paper to 5”x2.5”. I used a border punch to get the scallop edge but it would also look nice with out the scallop. Adhere to center of Basic Grey Wind Chimes patterned paper.
5. Then, place the October Afternoon rub-on of the three birds in the middle of the card.
6. When the chipboard circle is dry, place it on top of the rub-on.
7. Place Jenni Bowlin button on chipboard circle, then place the Maya Road leaf stick pin through the foam adhesive of the button.
8. Cut two pieces of the rick-rack trim and place on both sides of the chipboard circle.
9. Cut the words “hello” and “friend” from the sheet of October Afternoon rub-ons and place in the the bottom right corner of card. You now have a lovely card any friend would love to recieve!

“Grandpa Time” by Pam Brown
1. Use the Scenic Route Olive Avenue patterned paper as your base for the layout (the yellow polka dot side). Trim a piece of the Basic Grey Wind Chimes patterned paper to 2″x12″ and adhere to the left side of the layout.
2. Doodle a border around the edge of the Scenic Route paper.
3. Trim a piece of the Crate Paper Discretion patterned paper (light blue side) to 1″x12″ and use decorative scissors or a border punch to scallop the edges. Adhere next to the Basic Grey patterned paper. I used my fingernail to lift the scallops so there would be some dimension.
4. Adhere 1 4×6 photo approximately 4″ down from the top, and let the scalloped edge slightly overlap the left edge of the photo.
5. Trim a piece of the Basic Grey Stone Wall patterned paper to 1″x4.75″ and adhere under the left bottom edge of the 4×6 photo and let the scalloped edge slightly overlap the left edge.
6. Adhere a 3″x3″ photo to the right of the Basic Grey Stone Wall patterned paper.
7. Mat a 2″x3″ photo on a 2.25″x3.25″ mat trimmed from the Sea Salt cardstock and adhere next to the the 3″ square photo.
8. Cut a piece of the Basic Grey Stone Wall patterned paper to 1″x3.25″ and adhere approximately 3 inches down from the top of the layout, with the right side lined up with the right edge of the layout.
9. Apply your title above the photos.
10. Write your journaling to the right of the photos. Apply the long flower rub-ons (there are 2) above and below your journaling.
11. Apply some of the verb rub-ons from the October Afternoon rub-on sheet to the bottom right hand corner of the pictures.
12. Apply the ”Remember” rub-on on the scalloped strip, nect to your title. Place one of the Jenni Bowlin Rhinestone buttons under the rub-on.

“Play” by Anita Letts
1. Use your Basic Grey WindChimes patterned paper for your background.
2. Obtain the Scenic Route Grid paper and cut it to 6 1/4″ x 9″.
3. Place the Scenic Route paper 1/2″ from the right and 2 1/2″ from the bottom.
4. Now obtain your Crate Paper Brown Sugar Die-Cut Edge paper and cut the die-cut edges off of the paper. You are going to place them along the bottom and top of the Scenic Route Paper, so cut 2 9″ pieces.
5. Also cut a 6 1/2″ piece of the die-cut edge for embellishment later.
6. Choose 3 photos about 2 x 3 size or to your liking and place them overlaying each other.
7. Now you will grab the Scenic Route chipboard circle and cut it so that it will lay nicely over your photos.
8. Choose your title and place the letters overlaying each other on the lower right hand corner of your photos.
9. Now place the Basic Grey Designer Rhinestone Frame over your title.
10. Place your 6 1/2″ die-cut edge about 1/2″ about the lower edge of Scenic Route Paper and along the left edge of paper.
