Frequently Asked Questions
*Do you offer subscriptions? Yes. I offer a 3 and a 6 month subscription. A single kit purchase is $32, and the 3 month subscription is $30 per month. The 6 month subscription is $28.50 per month.
What are the benefits of becoming a subscriber? The benefits of becoming a subscriber is that you receive the kit at a discounted price, and that your are guaranteed a kit! When the kit is revealed on the first of the month, you don't have to worry about purchasing a kit in time, you will automatically receive one. New subscribers also receive a free gift for becoming a subscriber, which will ship with your second month's kit.
*How does the subscription work? If you sign up for a subscription and I still have the current month's kit available, your subscription will begin with the current month. If I am sold out, your subscription will begin with the following month's kit.
*When will my credit card be charged each month? You will immediately pay for the first month of your subscription, then you will receive an e-mail the following month that will prompt you to pay for the second month, that will get you started with the recurring payment for the following months. You will have between the 20th and the 1st to pay for the second month, and whatever date you pay (say the 26th), your following months will be charged on that date.
*When do the kits ship? The kits will be available for sale on the first of the month, at 10 a.m. CST. Kits will ship somewhere between the 5th and the 7th of each month. If you order a kit after that date and I still have some available, I will do my very best to get it out within 2 business days.
*How much is shipping? I charge a flat-rate of $7.50, and your kit will be mailed through the USPS, priority mail.
*Do you ship internationally? Yes, I do. If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase a kit, please contact me here with your contact information, what you would like to purchase, and how you would like it shipped (check here for your options) and I will send you a bill through PayPal. I would be happy to include more than one kit on the box if you and a friend(s) would like to combine for less shipping costs.
*Will you combine shipping if I purchase more than one kit? Yes. I will refund the difference in the shipping charged ($7.50 per kit) and the actual shipping. If you would prefer to have one transaction, please contact me here and let me know what you would like to purchase and I can send you a bill through PayPal.
*What happens if my kit arrives damaged? I will do everything in my power to make sure your kit arrives safe and sound. If you receive your kit, and it is damaged, please contact me through e-mail and we can work something out.
*What form of payment do you accept? I accept payments though paypal, and you can use any major credit card through them.
*Can I skip a month during my subscription? No.
Do you include project sheets with the kits? Eventually, there will be a place on the web-site with the project idea sheets. For now, you can contact me here after the reveal of the kit and I will e-mail them to you. The project idea includes 5 projects (1 from each of the design team members) with a picture and instructions on how to complete the project.
